Chris Palazzi, Managing Partner
Christopher Palazzi returned home to Baltimore after earning his BS in Civil Engineering at Widener University. Chris started his career as a Project Manager for general contractor, Whiting Turner, before getting the itch to build his own houses in 2004. Enjoying the investment aspect of real estate, Chris started to build his rental portfolio and shortly thereafter got his real estate license. Since 2006 Chris has managed and sold 1000+ foreclosures for his clients, some of whom include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Chris enjoys bike riding in the city with his wife Chelsea and working out.
Dustin McQuate, Managing Partner
Dustin McQuate holds a BA in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University with an emphasis in Finance. Dustin purchased his first investment property in Baltimore in 1998 and has worked in the real estate industry since. In addition to providing loans with BSC, Dustin has managed his own rental portfolio, flipped houses and is a licensed Realtor. Dustin also manages his short-term rentals in Breckenridge, CO. When not in the office, Dustin is often mountain biking, snowboarding or out hiking with his wife and pup.
